There are 4 stages of stress-surfer’s development. To help you in climbing these stages we offer 2-days’ group-trainings.

1st stage: the Victim (considers stress as threat, tries to avoid, struggle or manage it, doesn’t realize possibilities of using the stress).

Training 1: Stress Surfing. Challenge

2nd stage: Interested (considers stress as useful energy-source; realizes personal stressors and reactions; sometimes tries to use stress surfing in practice)

Training 2: Stress Surfing

 

 

3rd stage: Beginner (realized the necessity of regular exercise and improves personal skills by consecutive training of surfing on daily stress-waves)

Training 3: The Skill of Stress Surfing

4th stage: Surfer (skilled stress surfer: search for surf possibilities and inventing new ideas and techniques in different areas of life becomes the second nature and a source of ongoing inspiration)
